Instructors

Zillion Wong
Zillion began dancing at the age of 10 and has enjoyed a successful amateur dance career as Canadian Finalists and Canadian Vice Champions. Zillion has since retired from his competitive career and now shares his knowledge and passion for Ballroom and Latin dance as an elite DanceSport coach to dancers of all levels, including multiple BC, USA, and Canadian Amateur Champions.

Faye Hung
After winning the Bronze Medal at the WDSF World Championships in 2014 and becoming a finalist at the WDSF World Showdance Championship in 2013, Faye decided to retire from her athletic career to become a full time teacher.

Sarah Liang
Sarah is a former BC Closed Standard & Latin Champion. She has been dancing since she was very young and has enjoyed immense success in her ballroom dance career with her partner in local and international competitions.

Tony Fung
Tony Fung started dancing in 1994. Besides dance lessons in Canada, he also received training in Germany, England and the United States. Soon after Tony began entering dance competition with his partner, they escalated very rapidly to the top levels. Tony turned professional since 2001.

Kessa Wills
Kessa began her classical ballet training at the age of 3 and at the age of 14 she was dancing full-time at the Goh Ballet Company touring to France and China.
In 2012, Kessa trained in ballroom dance and has built her career as a professional ballroom coach. Her range includes multiple genres of dance, and she is excited to share her passion for ballroom dance as an art form and a sport with Crystal Ballroom.

Mark Ma
Mark Ma is an international competitor and resident instructor. Having trained and competed extensively in Italy and the USA in International Standard, Mark is now a qualified instructor at the Crystal Ballroom. He is specialized in teaching in Chinese Mandarin.

Angel Chu
Angel Chu grew up here in Vancouver, Canada and was part of the UBC Dance Club. After graduating from UBC, her love for dance continued. She became the National 10 Dance Champions of Taiwan and were named as the representative to the World Championship.
Angel is certified as a qualified Professional Latin-American and Ballroom Dance Teacher as well as International Adjudicator.
